Worst Way To Wake Up

Sleeping is still a mysterious part of our lives. We don’t really know that we’re sleeping when we’re asleep. Our dreams and the meaning of our dreams, despite scientific investigations, still largely remain a mystery. Our bodies regenerative powers are still puzzling. Our bodies are amazing creations and some functions may never be explained.


Typically people sleep several hours every night, in which the nervous system is relatively inactive, the eyes closed, the muscles relaxed, and the consciousness is pretty much suspended. You’re supposed to wake up relaxed and regenerated. Well, unless you’re around these people 🙂
