These 12 incredible muscular dogs look more intimidating than they often are. Bullies, Pit Bulls and Bull Terriers look strong and vicious. In fact they are amazing family dogs and love being babied. Some, like Wendy, have a genetic mutation, causing the muscle tissue to grow much more than on a normal dog, as seen in Wendy.
Wendy is a whippet “bully” with a genetic defect that has caused her to grow abnormally. Wendy is a 60 pound rippling mass of muscle. Wendy has a 24-pack of abs. And the muscles around her neck are so thick, they look like a lion’s ruff. These rare uber-muscled whippets are called “bullies,” because of their size. The head and organs are normal size, therefore whippets with this genetic mutations won’t live as long. I saw a documentary about Wendy and she is said to be super sweet.
This is a Chart of how these mutations happen, from normal whippet to “bully”
